Timber Louvres Manufacturers

Haldane UK has demonstrated its expertise as specialist Timber Louvres Manufacturers by producing over 330 timber louvre screens for a major residential development in the South of England.

The louvre screens were manufactured from sapele which had been pressure treated to provide essential protection from the elements.

The project which was split in two phases to meet the construction schedule required two different heights of screens and various widths all featuring a simple square section sitting on square battens.

The key to delivering the project was the consistency and quality of each louvre screen with each of the 28,000 screws lining up perfectly – all to meet the demanding lead times.

Haldane UK’s Managing Director, Forrester Adam, said “We are seeing a growing number of enquiries for timber louvres, or brise soleil as they are sometimes referred to, as companies look at the energy savings they can deliver.”

He continued, “Whilst consistency over a large number of square section louvres was critical in this project, we can also manufacture the more complex elliptical timber louvres to the same high standards.”
