Glazed visual panels are an essential safety feature of public building and architects and designers have either been forced to decide between circular beading system or recognise the design deficiencies and the potential health issues that square corners could have.

Haldane's Ecoclean glazing bead system is the first square beading system to featured rounded internal corners which prevent dust and bacteria from collecting and is finished with the Medicoate precatalyst lacquer which kills 99% of bacteria within 24 hours.

The system also offers the facility to have its inlay system with rounded corners which can be used in the veneered finished doors popular in hospital doors which tend to split and crack when a square whole is cut in it.
