Together with his senior management team and the dedicated team of employees, Haldane has successfully introduced lean manufacturing principles, achieved continued growth and won award after award.

Dave Sinclair - General Manager

Dave is the longest serving member of the Haldane team with over 30 years service and his knowledge has ensured that we have stayed at the forefront of the industry.

What Dave doesn't know about timber machining is not worth knowing and he is regularly consulted by many of our clients regarding potential timber uses.

Libby Patterson, Administration Manager

Libby’s professionalism, organizational skills and supreme quality standards ensure that Haldane continues to deliver the world class service it has built its reputation on.

As Administration Manager, Libby has the unenviable task of keeping customers, suppliers and employees happy.

Paul Hutchinson - Contracts Manager

Paul ensures that all our contracts are completed to Haldane UK’s uncompromising standards from the initial survey to those critical finishing touches that set us apart from the competition.

The master of the Gantt chart, Paul has all our projects running on time and within budget like finely tuned engines.

Frank’s ability to understand clients’ needs and advise on the most effective solution has made him a firm favourite. His technical knowledge and eye for detail ensure quotes and orders are processed quickly and with superb accuracy.

Matthew Franklin - Estimator

A trained Quantity Surveyor, Matthew's expertise is in his ability to quickly analyse and break down drawings with rigorous detail, providing clients with accurate costings. He also understands that every pound is a prisoner and works closely with clients to achieve the most cost effective solution for their requirements.

Derek Jorgensen - Production Manager

Derek oversees Haldane's market leading CNC department and ensures we are working to maximum efficiency from initial measurement through CNC programming to actual machining.

Derek has been a core element of Haldane's continuing development of our CNC technology to support our claim of being the only company to manufacture and shape or profile from any commercially available timber.

Paul Ramage - Production Manager

Paul has been with the company for almost 20 years and his role within the company has developed from qualified wood machinist to become production manager.

As well as being our Health and Safety Officer, Paul is responsible for Haldane's foilwraping department and has been instrumental in developing production processes for many of our product lines.

Elma Whitelaw - Administrator

Elma provides the frontline support service that greets all our customers with her friendly manner. An experienced and efficient administrator, Elma is a key member of the team to ensure we continue to deliver world class service.
