Equipment

Our investment in our initial 5 axis CNC router was quickly followed 18 months later with an additional identical machine. These machines now operate 18 hours a day 7 days a week 52 weeks a year by a team of 40 skilled machinists producing the very best in glazing beads and handrails.

As well as the machinery you would expect from an architectural joinery company, we have also invested in a custom designed sanding machine that enables us to offer our clients a superior quality of finish through our increase in control.

We have also extended our 12000 sq ft shop floor with a 1000 sq ft mezzanine flooring system to house a machine that we commissioned to enable our unique jointing system to be enhanced to offer a level of glazing bead that cannot be matched.
