7. Can American White Oak be used externally?
Yes, American White Oak is not as susceptible to perishing
as some woods, however, it is essential that the wood is treated
on an annual basis in order to withstand the weather conditions.

8. Will it shrink?
All of our stocks of American White Oak have been kiln dried
to prevent movement, however, wood is a natural product that
lives and breathes. It is therefore susceptible to movement
in extreme circumstances through factors such as direct heat

available?
American White Oak is only available in harvested lengths
