HALDANE HAS M&S DEAL IN THE BAG

HALDANE UK Ltd., market leader in the manufacture of specialist handrails, glazing beads and decorative wood products, has clinched a prestigious deal with the country's best-known high street retailer.

Marks & Spencer has awarded Haldane the contract to supply and fit handrails and stair parts for the feature staircases in the main entrance of its Southampton store, as well as supply 130 metres of atrium handrails.

Said Haldane's Director Forrester Adam: "The handrails are made out of American white oak which perfectly complements Marks & Spencer's clean, stylish image. "This contract underlines our position as the most high-tech architectural joinery and engineering company in Britain, with a reputation for the highest standards of workmanship in terms of design, manufacture and installation."
