The secret of our success is the continuous improvements we are making to the efficiency of our manufacturing process which we are able to pass to our clients.

Production Manager, Dave Sinclair, explained, "The implementation of our lean manufacturing process brought about considerable reductions in lead times and increases in production capacity. This enabled us to launch our foil wrapped glazing beads however our success in this area demanded further enhancements and investment to both our equipment and our process.”

He continued, “Our glazing bead production is now the most efficient in the country to the extent that we can offer clients unbelievable lead times to meet their demanding production schedules and at a price that competitors cannot match.”

The results have been simply incredible with a 15% rise in glazing bead orders already this year despite some adverse market conditions reported from many competitors.

Our standard range of circles, ovals and d-shapes have all experienced growth however the most significant growth has been seen in ladder frames, cassettes and security beads.
